Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Highbridge Stone Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
