Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Greenridge River Property Management is a Miami property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on lease renewals and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
