Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Ironwood Bridge Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Savannah, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
