Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Holdings and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
