Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Greenridge Wilder Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Kansas City area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
