Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Orchard Arts Center Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 488 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
