Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bluepeak Birch Arts Center is an arts centre in Charlotte with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
