Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Summit Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Milwaukee, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
