Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Cedar Harbor Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Madison presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
