Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Northwind Stone Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
