Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Summit Haven Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
