Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Junction Property Management and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
