Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Rivermark Ivory Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Omaha, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
