Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Summit Sable Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
