Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Highbridge Iron Property Management Group is a Anchorage property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
