Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Stonegate Mill Arts Center Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 569 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
