Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Lumen Iron Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
