Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bright Yarrow Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
