Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Facilities Group is a facilities company in Portland with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
