Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Westbrook Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Omaha, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
