Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight West Arts Center and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
