Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Amberfield Cross Civic Services is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on procurement and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
