Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cedar Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
