Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fern Arts Center Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
