Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Amberfield Vista Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Cleveland. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
