Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Northwind Ashton Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the San Diego area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
