Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Quill Arts Center and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
