Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Fern Arts Center and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 773 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
