Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Silverline Ember Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Louisville. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
