Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bright Vale Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
