Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Stonegate Rowan Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Columbus. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
