Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bright Union Hospitality is a hospitality company in Buffalo with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
