Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bright Sparrow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Fresno. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
