Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Rivermark Umber Civic Services supports public agencies in Sacramento with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on case files and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
