Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Northwind Orchard Arts Center is an arts centre in Boston with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
