Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Facilities is a facilities company in Spokane with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 565 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
