Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Redstone Ridge Property Management looks after rental homes across the Little Rock area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
