Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Northwind Basin Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
