Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Cedar Iron Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Minneapolis, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
