Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Greenridge Keystone Arts Center is an arts centre in Phoenix with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
