Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Rivermark Quarry Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around New Orleans. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
