Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bluepeak Drift Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Nashville with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on case files and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
