Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Lumen Rowan Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tampa, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
