Highbridge Drift Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
