Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Westbrook Oak Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 367 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
