Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bluepeak Hollow Arts Center Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
