Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Fernwood Amber Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Nashville area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
