Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Northwind Birch Facilities looks after properties across the Knoxville region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
