Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Meridian Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
