Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Fernwood Ivory Hospitality is a hospitality company in Oakland with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
